A refundable deposit will be payable to Inland Waterways International when submitting the proposal for hosting a future World Canals Conference, for consideration by the Selection Committee.

If the application is successful, the total contribution to Inland Waterways International will be £1000.

One further payment of £700 will then be due in the first quarter of the year the conference is held.

N.B. If the conference application is denied or not approved, the £300 will be refunded.
